Terms and Conditions of Shopping
All orders are despatched from the UK.
No International deliveries – UK only.
Products purchased will be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process.
UK standard (2 – 5 days) delivery is via Hermes and will be fulfilled the same day for all orders received before 3pm.

The delivery periods are indicative only, and whilst every effort will be made to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, delivery cannot be guaranteed before the end of the stated period.
In the event that your order does not arrive, you must inform me within 30 days of the order. Failure to report missing items within 30 days may result in me being unable to investigate missing orders with our couriers. In the event that your order arrives damaged, you must inform me within 7 days of receiving your order.
I will not be held liable for any loss caused by you entering your address incorrectly into the website or not collecting a parcel within the courier’s timeframe. Should a courier return an uncollected item or an item with an incorrect or incomplete address, I reserve the right to charge you for redelivery.
Payments are made by Paypal.
In the event that payment cannot be processed the order will not be accepted and will automatically be cancelled.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event I will either contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. I am under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.
In line with the GDPR policy I would just like to assure you that I only hold your contact details with legitimate interests i.e., communication regarding and delivery of my services to you where you have contacted me to make an order. I will not share your information with third parties.
I do not hold or collect sensitive information and your payments are made through Paypal so I do not receive your bank details.
I may in the future contact you for your feedback or with offers/new products – you can at any point request that I stop this activity by emailing: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have changed your mind about your order, then you will need to cancel before it is despatched. Orders are usually processed same day, sometimes within hours of order, so please contact me to confirm cancellation is possible.
Orders cannot be cancelled once despatched.
DAMAGED GOODS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items MUST be returned in saleable condition: unopened with all packaging/ seals intact.
If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, I will gladly offer a refund on all products returned within fourteen days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. This excludes defective items.
I advise you to return items by recorded delivery or by any other means that shows proof of the return. If for any reason your returned items are not received, I cannot process the refund unless you can provide proof of postage.
Refunds will be via Paypal.
