Have you checked out my new page @greenbeautyrituals 🍃 This page is where I will share with you my passion for natural, vegan, cruelty free skincare & beauty 🍃 As well as ‘All Things Lovely’, I will be sharing with you some of my favourite facial massaging rituals, which I believe should be part of your self-care routine 🍃 A little about me: I have been making up faces for over 25 years and realised a long time ago that no matter how skilled I was at applying make up, the condition of the skin took priority! I became obsessed with learning/understanding how skin works and tuning into how issues with the skin can really affect someones overall confidence and self esteem • After my gorgeous Mum became ill and thankfully today has recovered from her illness , I became to understand just how much stress can really affect the body, mentally and physically. I slowly began to take more time for myself and turned to yoga practice and meditation. I look back now and truly believe a special person was meant to come into my life at that time - @mindfully_moi introduced me to the world of Chakra’s & taught me how balancing/healing our Chakra energies can transform our way of living. • This journey brought a huge positive change to my life in a way that I never could imagine. I now clearly understand why making space for what is really important and living in the present moment is the key to enhancing our wellbeing and bringing us happiness • My passion for beauty moved to another level as I began to learn & practice simple at home self care massage rituals to help relieve tension and anxiety, improve circulation and stimulate the lymphatic system • The outer skin tissue is the physical reflection of everything that happens within the body: the way we eat and breathe, as well as the thoughts and emotions that fill our mind.
